The company is seeking a **Technical Support Specialist** for the Xpedition Enterprise tools suite, with emphasis on infrastructure products. This individual will work directly with internal and external customers to resolve tool issues, partner with account teams to educate users and grow product usage, and create knowledge content for the web-based support portal.

The estimated salary for this position is $105,100 - $189,200 per year. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively assist customers to become productive with the Xpedition tool suite and its related tools.
  • Performance tuning for Siemens EDA products.
  • Help customers achieve project deadlines by providing support by phone, electronic means or on-site.

This position requires system administration experience, broad knowledge of basic networking technology, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Linux shell, Windows batch file, Power Shell, or similar.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience (5+ years) is required. Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and evolving product and technical environment are preferred candidates.
