Mobile Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Analogic Corporation in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair, with a strong background in electronic and mechanical repair methodologies.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position that requires up to 75% travel, covering various sites and locations within the region. As a Mobile Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing errors, technical problems, and determining proper solutions to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to document detailed reports and maintain positive relationships with customers. A valid driver's license, US Passport, and ability to pass a background check are also essential requirements.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with company equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance independently in the field
- Document and produce timely and detailed service reports
- Maintain technical product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair
- Strong background in electronic and mechanical repair methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to work in tight, semi-enclosed spaces occasionally
- Valid driver's license and US Passport required
- Able to pass a background check
