Role Overview

Apple is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services. Your primary focus will be on creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy-friendly way to drive engagement and maximize the value of our subscription services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services, leveraging data-driven insights and experimentation to drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, engineering, analytics, and design, to identify opportunities and develop solutions. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing programs. Develop and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns. Analyze results and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a media platform or consumer subscription business. Proven track record of success in achieving growth goals for user engagement and retention. Strong project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors. Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working partnerships. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects. Outstanding cross-functional team working skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses, including tuition.
