Job Summary:

The Territory Training and Growth Specialist plays a crucial role in driving employee development and growth within a designated territory for Paradigm Oral Health. This position involves creating and executing training strategies that support business growth and enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs that address the specific needs of employees within the assigned territory, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Partner with Regional Managers: Collaborate with regional managers to identify growth opportunities and develop training plans that support business objectives, driving revenue growth and improving overall performance.
  • Analyze Territory Performance Data: Analyze territory performance data to identify trends and adjust training strategies accordingly, ensuring that training programs are effective and aligned with business needs.
  • Implement Training and Development Policies: Develop and implement training and development policies and programs that support employee growth and development, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Coordinate with regional managers to identify skill/knowledge gaps and develop training courses, curriculum, or materials, delivering and evaluating training sessions to ensure maximum impact.
  • Develop Training Tools and Systems: Develop training tools and systems based on policies and procedures to deliver to teams and managers, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions and coordinate guest trainers or subject matter experts to provide employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Document Employee Attendance: Document employee attendance or performance at mandatory training sessions, ensuring that training programs are effective and meeting business objectives.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess training effectiveness and modify programs to improve results, ensuring that training programs are aligned with business needs and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in training and development, with a focus on territory or regional training.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional managers and employees at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as required.
  • e-Learning Platforms: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
