About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled nursing professional to join our team at Stellar Ventures in the forensic outpatient clinic. As a nursing specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing treatment and support to patients transitioning from the open therapy area to the phase of enduring stress testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the forensic outpatient clinic
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic operations
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of experience in forensic nursing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of forensic psychiatric care and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
