Job Opportunity: Contract Compliance Administrator
Location: Dallas, TX
Work Hours: 8a-5pm; Monday - Friday

Position Purpose:

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to manage the entire project process for the Office of Homeless Solutions. This position involves preparing specifications, developing contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for large-scale purchasing and procurement activities within OHS.
  • Review and monitor all assigned contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database for contract monitoring and manage contracts according to established terms and regulations.
  • Prepare change orders, supplemental agreements, and subcontractor changes as needed.
  • Generate and maintain reports on contract and financial activities to ensure management has up-to-date information.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support OHS operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 3 years in purchasing, contract development, or related administrative work.
  • Associate's Degree in Business Management or a related field (required).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
