About the Role

Clinitiative Health Research is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Budget Negotiation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by expertly negotiating contracts and budgets with sponsors and CROs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Negotiation: Serve as the primary negotiator for study contracts and budgets, ensuring that all contractual and budgetary requirements are met.
  • Financial Management: Manage, scan, and electronically store all finance-related documents and contracts for awarded studies.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to integrate their contractual and budgetary needs into the negotiation process.
  • Financial Reporting: Track and manage accounts receivable, perform ongoing study reconciliation, and prepare invoices based on client data.
  • Client Training: Train clients in using financial portals and reporting tools based on their data.
  • Negotiation and Renegotiation: Coordinate and execute initial contract and budget negotiations and necessary renegotiations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in contract negotiation and financial management, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in financial software and electronic document management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in contract management is preferred.
