Description:

As a Contracts Manager at ICONMA, you will be responsible for managing contingent workforce classification and policies, MSP responsibilities and operations, and contingent worker sourcing strategies. You will ensure that contingent labor suppliers adhere to operational policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, and redesigned program framework.

You will monitor suppliers' achievement of performance goals, service levels, and metrics according to contractual commitments. Additionally, you will maintain supplier compliance, execute Governing Agreements and renewals, and manage and improve supplier diversity, supporting ESG and DEI goals.

You will have experience working with globally distributed teams and managing the complexities of a global program. You will be able to be both respectful and firm when necessary to acquire results. You will liaise with HR Legal and Talent mobility to ensure compliance to corporate policies and practices.

Interaction with Team:

You will coordinate with supplier and internal stakeholders, as well as different departments. You will have exposure with Client as a whole.

Required Skills:

You will need to run an RFP, understand different contracts, negotiate contracts, and communicate with supplier and internal stakeholders. You will have experience with Procurement, MS Excel (Pivot tables, financial modeling, Functions), MS Powerpoint (For presentation and business cases), Business writing, Contract negotiation, Contract knowledge, RFP development and execution, Budget Management, and Familiarity with Legal terms.
