Position Overview: As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our locations and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement: You will foster an environment where learning is encouraged, and challenges are viewed as opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and mentor team leaders: Your focus will be on training and guiding Cafe Managers to enhance their capabilities and drive their professional journeys.
  • Strategic planning for expansion: You will be instrumental in identifying and preparing for the launch of new Rippling locations.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in training and developing Supervisors and Managers.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management.
  • Experience in setting regional objectives and forecasts.
  • History of managing a regional budget while ensuring operational compliance.
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail management within the coffee sector, overseeing multiple locations.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree, honorable discharge from the US Military, or equivalent management experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel to various locations for meetings and training sessions.
  • Commitment to upholding operational standards.
  • Engagement with customers to understand and meet their needs through effective communication.
  • Preparation of food and beverages to meet customer specifications.
  • Willingness to perform diverse tasks within the cafe during shifts.
