The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in all phases of project development, from initial design to final occupancy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive marketing initiatives for projects across multiple states.
  • Lead both local and remote project teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate and direct the efforts of engineering and consulting teams.
  • Ensure projects adhere to budgets and timelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in construction methodologies, detailing, specification writing, building code compliance, and construction oversight.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong focus on client responsiveness.


This position also entails managing the Virginia office's operations in close collaboration with our main office.

For the right candidate, there is potential for future ownership in the firm.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Valid Architect's license in Virginia (licenses in West Virginia and Maryland are advantageous).
  • A minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Legal authorization to work.
