As a Senior Specialist in Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in leading transformative initiatives aimed at improving our operational capabilities.


Your Role:
In this position, you will:
  • Design and implement strategies for continuous improvement tailored to our operational goals.
  • Identify and analyze improvement opportunities in collaboration with site operations teams.
  • Utilize best practices from Lean methodologies to drive effective solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of local Continuous Improvement strategies based on global frameworks.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to implement approved projects and monitor progress.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance their capabilities.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote effective communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the Operational Improvement Plan and track performance indicators.

Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A university degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • LEAN and Project Management certifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing teams and training personnel.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of industrial processes.
  • Excellent communication and partner management skills.
