Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the formulation of local Continuous Improvement strategies and deployment plans aligned with our global roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement Management: Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with site operations teams, employing best practices from the Continuous Improvement toolbox.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of approved improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and resource allocations.
  • Change Management: Assist project managers in crafting change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of the Operational Improvement Plan and its associated metrics.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Certification in Lean and Project Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in managing teams is advantageous.
  • Proficient in training and developing operational staff.
  • Strong understanding of product processing and industrialization.
  • Excellent communication and partner management skills.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and tools.
