We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Operations Specialist to join our team at Volt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of parts from inventory to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Retrieve and stock parts from inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient storage.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Parts Control: Maintain accurate records of special-order parts, establish and balance individual parts inventory levels for maximum turnover.
- Quality Control: Ensure all parts are properly tagged and prepared for shipment, ensuring full credit from Warranty Parts Returns.
- Documentation: Complete all documents, forms, and reports in accordance with company policy.
- Education: High School or Equivalent; 2-3 years Parts department retail or warehouse inventory control experience.
- Skills: Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, general computer knowledge); Customer service skills; General knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations.
