Job Responsibilities

The Client Delivery Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and integration of both new and existing clients. This position will collaborate with Sales Engineering and Implementation consultants, as well as provide external support to merchants and partners in executing project implementation plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating an optimal project integration experience with the CyberSource and Visa platforms by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing the project lifecycle for client implementations, including project planning, estimation, expectation management, communication, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Ensuring successful implementation, deployment, and launch of new clients utilizing CyberSource services, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Supporting tier 2-3 clients during the implementation and service delivery of CyberSource products and services, employing industry-standard methodologies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of project management lifecycle processes and best practices to ensure continuous service evolution.
  • Assisting the Client Delivery Manager in refining the Client Delivery methodology to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Providing regular updates and insights to the team and regional leadership regarding project performance, risks, and client launch timelines.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to execute and deliver projects and implementation plans involving multiple resources.
  • Partnering with Sales Engineering and Technical delivery teams to support presales and implementation activities with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in the Technology, SaaS, Payments, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Proficient in project methodology and client-facing interactions at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Understanding of the SaaS technology landscape, particularly within eCommerce and payments.
  • Ability to address multi-lingual needs across the PAN European region.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with a focus on solutions-oriented storytelling.
  • Comfortable in a digitally enabled environment and capable of working independently in a virtual setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project management software, and business analytics.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in technology and the eCommerce industry.
