Role Purpose

The Client Account Specialist (CAS) acts as a vital link between SageNet and its clientele, tasked with overseeing customer accounts receivable and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is crucial for sustaining robust client relationships and safeguarding company revenue. The CAS is responsible for ensuring that customer accounts are billed accurately and promptly, designing and implementing billing processes, and resolving any discrepancies in billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly billing for customer contracts, including cancellation fees and other one-time charges.
  • Prepare precise monthly invoices along with supporting documentation to send to clients punctually.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and Sales teams to address customer billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Maintain accurate contract pricing within SAP.
  • Analyze customer contracts to ensure correct billing practices.
  • Ensure proper configuration of customer billing agreements.
  • Monitor and interpret monthly variations in customer billing.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong mathematical skills and a proven capacity for complex calculations.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with spreadsheet software such as Excel (advanced skills required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is advantageous.
