Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Administrative Tasks: Utilize Meridium APM software to input and manage Piping, Pressure Vessel, Tank, and other Assets within our clients' facilities.
- Data Accuracy and Comprehension: Accurately enter and comprehend inspection field reports, established standards, and protocols.
- Data Issue Identification and Resolution: Recognize, identify, and investigate data issues, including reviewing CML Anomalies/Errors, investigating reported anomalies, and collaborating with stakeholders to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Standards and Accuracy: Adhere to quality standards and ensure accuracy of work.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings, keep connected to organization's annual goals and objectives, and collaborate with engineering and construction teams to gather necessary information for asset creation and updates.
- Project Management and Time Budgeting: Work within time budget allocations for projects, ensure completion dates are met, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Accountability and Deliverables: Be accountable for project deliverables on time, where applicable, and ensure data processing and data management are completed efficiently.
- Administrative Support and Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, communicate effectively, and provide various administrative support tasks as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Technical Skills: Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and MS Office.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong administrative, organizational, planning skills, and follow-up.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Be able to work effectively as a team player, follow specific instructions, and foster a team approach for solution development.
- Service Orientation and Listening Skills: Possess excellent listening skills, be able to ask questions, and make decisions.
- Issue Recognition and Resolution: Demonstrate the ability to recognize, investigate, and identify issues.
- Collaboration and Diversity: Work cooperatively with others to achieve work goals, respect and value diversity in the workplace, and be a self-starter with an above-average understanding of mechanical integrity data management systems (IDMS).
- Education: High school or GED degree required; 2-year technical degree in engineering, data, or a similar field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of data entry experience in an office setting, with knowledge of MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience in a prior technical position (inspection, technical support, quality assurance) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Experience in programs similar to Meridium APM (SAP, PCMS, Ultrapipe, Rbmi) is a plus, but not required.
