We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Administration Specialist to join our team of passionate professionals. As a key member of our equity administration team, you will play a critical role in managing our global equity programs, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with relevant regulations.

Salary: $84,600 - $105,800 per annum (based on location and experience)

Job Description

The Equity Administration Specialist will be responsible for administering global equity plans, including processing grants, stock option exercises, and RSU vests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data management, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day activities in administering global equity plans, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.
  2. Maintain accurate data in our stock system by reviewing demographic, income, and tax-related data transferred from Workday to EEO via API and flat file integrations.
  3. Support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs, delivering training, education, and Q&A responses to new and existing employees.
  4. Ensure seamless integration and alignment of equity programs with company policies and objectives, collaborating with Legal, Payroll, Finance, People, and Tax teams.
  5. Partner with external stakeholders, including transfer agents, outside broker service providers, tax vendors, and other key equity partners as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in global equity plan administration.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience utilizing E*Trade/EEO platforms preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
