Packaging Engineer/Manager

Purcell International Group is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer/Manager to join their team in New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading medical products manufacturer in a growth phase, with a global scope and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute packaging projects, including component design and testing/validation
  • Facilitate the integration of new packaging components into production
  • Collaborate with customer representatives and project managers to deliver project/program results
  • Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure package design for repeatability and reliability
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Packaging or related engineering discipline
  • Experience in labeling and packaging within the medical industry (ISO required)
  • Expertise in SolidWorks and other packaging design/modeling software
  • Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust workload based on priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Secondary process experience in plastic manufacturing, thermoforming, and automation controls
