Position Overview:
This role is responsible for training and overseeing Package Handlers and Clerks regarding safety protocols, productivity standards, and various job-related functions. This position ensures team accountability for attendance and manages timecard submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivates and maintains positive working relationships with employees, management, and clients.
- Facilitates training sessions for both new hires and existing staff.
- Conducts and engages in team meetings.
- Coordinates performance evaluations with management.
- Identifies optimal solutions for package-related issues.
- Oversees daily operations of package handlers and clerks to guarantee all assigned tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Comprehends and consistently upholds UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications:
- Capability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability for flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent international qualification is preferred.
