Position Summary:


An Immunization Services & Equipment - Customer Support Coordinator (ISE-CSC) is tasked with preparing all necessary vaccines and diluents for each delivery, loading the vehicle at the distribution center, and ensuring the safe delivery and invoicing of these products at client facilities.


This role requires maintaining a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and ensuring that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with all transportation regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
Vaccine Oversight

Manages vaccine stock at distribution sites and client facilities

May also involve educating clients on vaccine technologies and providing additional sales support and guidance on inventory management

Delivery Coordination

  • Comprehends and adheres to regulatory standards for vaccine delivery and inventory management.
  • Understands and complies with all transportation safety regulations to ensure secure and efficient vaccine deliveries while maintaining product integrity.
  • Optimizes delivery routes and accurately monitors vaccine and diluent usage at client sites.
  • Oversees the proper handling, movement, and tracking of vaccines and their associated storage equipment, including the safe management of liquid nitrogen.
Client Relations

  • Manage client inventories effectively.
  • Anticipate client needs and adapt vaccination programs accordingly.
  • Maintain communication with the ISE team and Territory Managers.
  • Submit delivery notifications to Client Support within 24 hours of completion.
Additional Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Ability to comprehend hatchery operations, processes, and key factors.
  • Understanding of the relationship between Ceva's operations and the biological aspects of hatchery production.
  • Knowledge of scientific principles and methodologies.
  • Basic familiarity with Ceva's hatchery products.
  • Ability to utilize vaccination terminology and adhere to corporate communication standards.
  • Capability to prepare and deliver effective marketing presentations.

Qualifications:
Education - High school diploma or GED is mandatory. A 2-year or 4-year college degree is preferred.

Work Experience - 2 years of relevant poultry industry experience is preferred.

Other - CDL with HazMat endorsement or the ability to obtain one. Valid DOT driver's license or the ability to acquire one. Liquid Nitrogen Training, Safety Training, Hot Works Training, and other certifications as required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (more with assistance).
  • Capability to drive for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day.
  • Work environment may be hot and humid.

Work Environment:
Most work involves driving to and from, as well as operating within a poultry hatchery. Flexibility for overnight and weekend work may be necessary.

Travel Requirements:
80%+ travel expected
