Key Responsibilities
  • Organizes and assigns daily tasks to the custodial team, ensuring all duties are completed effectively
  • Follows established safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, in compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations
  • Maintains a tidy and safe environment to promote health and safety
  • Properly cleans and cares for housekeeping equipment
  • Ensures all assigned areas meet Aramark and client cleanliness standards
  • Adheres to waste management procedures and transports waste to designated disposal areas
  • Reports maintenance issues through appropriate channels
  • Secures the premises, ensuring proper locking and unlocking of facilities as needed
  • Safeguards company property and assets

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in custodial services is required
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and handling of hazardous materials
  • Maintains a friendly and professional demeanor towards clients and colleagues
  • Adaptable to the needs of guests
This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
