Job Summary
This role is key in implementing multi-disciplinary care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the medical care team to provide patient counseling for management of medical treatment care plans. They will also employ social networking strategies to bring additional social contacts in for HIV testing and provide prevention counseling/strategies such as CLEAR, ARTAS, or Partners in Health for patients and their families.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in providing HIV prevention or care services to people living with HIV. Experience counseling HIV (+) clients on connecting to available services and knowledge of community resources. BSN required, current NJ RN License.
