Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator

The Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients and their families. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, providers, and other healthcare professionals to plan, direct, and evaluate the care provided to pediatric patients and their families.
- Apply expert clinical knowledge to collect data and provide therapeutic care for pediatric patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively to facilitate evidence-based, standardized practice among the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of care coordination experience.
- Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
- Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers).
