The Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator will work closely with our nursing leadership team, providers, and other healthcare professionals to plan, direct, and evaluate the care provided to pediatric patients. This role requires a strong clinical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.



Key responsibilities include:


  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care to pediatric patients
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Providing education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions


Requirements include:


  • At least 1 year of care coordination experience
  • Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing
  • Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse) and American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers)
