About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Site Manager for our math programs in the Washington, DC area. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing our educational math programs in schools across the region, overseeing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with school leadership to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Lead the execution of our educational programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and the specific needs of each school.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support a team of tutors, providing supervision, evaluation, ongoing coaching, and professional development to enhance their instructional and professional skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and tailor our interventions to meet the unique needs of each student population.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize student performance data to drive instructional strategies and interventions, continually assessing program effectiveness and making data-informed decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the program site, managing logistics, resources, and communications to maintain a high standard of program delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in math at assigned grade levels (middle school through Algebra I).
  • Three or more years of math classroom teaching experience or directly relevant experience.
  • Prior experience working with public and/or charter schools in the Washington, DC area.
  • Ability to travel between program site locations within DC.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for education equity and commitment to our mission.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary for this position, with a salary range of $69,500 (minimum) to $80,000 (maximum). We also offer comprehensive benefits, including 100% covered individual health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, life, and accidental death insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Additionally, we offer generous paid leave, professional development opportunities, and commuter benefits.
