- Tutor Supervision and Support: Provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and support to math instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and adherence to program standards.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Act as a mentor and coach, offering professional development opportunities and regular feedback to enhance instructor teaching skills and effectiveness.
- Professional Development: Coordinate and facilitate professional development sessions, focusing on best practices in math education and student engagement.
