Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Stereotaxis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of front office operations, including receiving and shipping, ordering supplies, and implementing administrative systems.
As an Office Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. You will interact daily with front office personnel to support the ongoing functionality of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming receiving and product shipping as needed
- Ordering office and general manufacturing/maintenance supplies
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems as needed
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, etc
- Responsible for facility cleanliness and managing any 3rd party cleaning vendors
- Booking transport and accommodations
- Organizing company events or conferences
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in prior office management
- Knowledge of processes and cross-functional communication
- Strong communication skills
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Work Environment:
This role is an in-office position at Stereotaxis' Minneapolis-based Access Point Technologies site.
