Job Title: Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Agate Housing and Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our financial management and administrative functions, ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Oversee the management of financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in finance and administration, with a strong background in financial management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in leading financial and administrative functions in a nonprofit organization.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
