The Assistant Solution Manager enhances the efficiency of the renewal and onboarding processes while delivering exceptional customer service through precise and prompt execution of all assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize critical thinking skills to effectively manage job responsibilities, which is crucial for professional development.
• Support the Solution Management team by demonstrating initiative and analytical skills to provide effective solutions for clients and partners.
• Execute transactions in Benefitfirst relevant to specific client support tasks.
• Serve as a backup for Customer Care Center Phone Support.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
Main Functions:
• Assist and support the Solution Management team, clients, and business partners.
• Develop client renewal materials, including system Setup Guides and COBRA enrollment packets.
• Offer technical assistance on utilizing Benefitfirst and address benefit-related inquiries.
• Ensure excellent customer service through timely and accurate task completion.
• Enhance the efficiency of the onboarding and renewal processes.
• Cultivate expertise in Benefitfirst usage.
• Monitor onboarding and renewal timelines with a sense of urgency.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Show initiative in developing skills and knowledge for future advancement to Solution Manager roles.
