Position Summary:

The role focuses on expanding our portfolio of commercial and industrial clients within a designated area for Onsite Facility Services, including Cleaning, Environmental, Parking, and Engineering. You will collaborate with potential clients to assess their current facility service programs, crafting tailored sales and marketing strategies that highlight our unique offerings. This position also involves working closely with ABM operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships while promoting our comprehensive suite of facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct site surveys to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales support to create compelling proposals.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and address client objections effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Achieve sales targets and track progress on accounts.
  • Engage in industry events and organizations to enhance networking opportunities.
  • Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in business development, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in selling services.
  • Familiarity with facility services or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
