The Beauty Sales Counter Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in the cosmetics department to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Train, and Develop Sales Associates: Hire, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Manage Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Lead the Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to sales associates to ensure they are meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a Positive Store Environment: Ensure the cosmetics department is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
- Communicate with Vendors and Buyers: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure timely receipt of merchandise and effective inventory management.
- Meet Sales Goals: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 1-2 Years of Retail Experience: Required.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, including during peak sales periods.
- Color Vision: Ability to see colors accurately to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use computers and other technology to process transactions and manage sales data.
