Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate store teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct store visits to monitor operations, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets sales and profit objectives
  • Manage store expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs
  • Develop and implement plans to reduce shrink and improve inventory management
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales associates to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role, preferably in the retail or sales industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
