- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing M&A transactions from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex financial models and reports.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and word processing software.
- Ability to navigate and manage strategic growth initiatives across various stages of the M&A process.
- Experience leading teams and managing direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
