About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our Production Team, ensuring seamless operations and allowing our recruiters to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to front-door inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and the Production Team with documentation in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Gather promotional materials for client appointments and assist with candidate status notifications.
  • Create interview prep documents and print resumes on high-quality paper as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, perform inventory, and ensure proper storage and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate relocation support for out-of-market candidates, including collecting relocation information and coordinating with third-party providers.
  • Prepare new hire bags and coordinate special events, such as open houses and employee birthday cards.
  • Perform occasional office errands and assist the Accounting Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong typing skills and ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
