ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. Based in Richland, WA, this full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $18.20 - $20.86 per hour.

About the Role

This role requires providing technical and administrative support for the Fitness for Duty (FFD) program during Columbia Generating Station Outages. Key responsibilities include collecting, processing, and documenting urine and breath specimens, maintaining FFD equipment, and conducting troubleshooting. Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to meet critical deadlines.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be trainable in all aspects of specimen collection and processing for drugs and alcohol in accordance with 10 CFR Part 26 and Fitness for Duty Instructions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software packages, including MS Office, is necessary.
  • Effective communication and human relations skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly, are required.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work under critical deadlines and stressful conditions is crucial.
