Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead process improvement initiatives and drive business outcomes. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including process mapping, analysis, and design
  • Measure the impact of process improvements and report on key metrics
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience with business process management tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
