Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team at the Kentucky Society of Association Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic growth and management of our education programming, ensuring that our members receive high-quality training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with subject matter experts, vendors, and partners to develop and deliver education programs that meet the needs of our members.
  • Coordinate the logistics of in-person and online education programs, including scheduling, registration, and event reporting.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of education content, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Proactively work with sponsors and stakeholders to grow revenue and improve profitability.
  • Review and evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create and execute program content for the web and other marketing applications.
  • Assist in the development and promotion of education content, including recording, editing, and distribution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Education.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in designing and developing in-person and online education programs for an association.
  • Experience with learning management systems, such as Bluesky or other similar platforms.
  • Experience with membership management software, such as Membersuite AMS.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a trade association or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
