Early Childhood Educator

As a Teacher and Center Staff Member, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and building strong community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or demonstrate a willingness to obtain.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Capacity to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
- Competitive pay range: $17.00-$22.00/hour.
