ROLE SUMMARY


As a Business Consultant at U.S. Venture, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing profitable business opportunities in specified markets, territories, and customer segments.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Apply a consultative sales process to achieve successful outcomes, build relationships, and provide solutions to business problems.




  • Determine customer requirements for new products and services, and introduce new products to existing accounts.




  • Develop additional and new profitable business through inbound or outbound telephone calls to customers.




  • Process accepted orders, maintain accurate daily records, and provide necessary follow-up.




  • Keep customers informed about updated pricing information, promotional, and marketing activities.




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files relating to customer contact, details, and promotional activities.




  • Establish relationships and solve problems by visiting customer locations and providing expert knowledge of company products.




  • Develop and maintain an understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends.




  • Conduct data analyses to key accounts and prospects to measure actual sales performance against goals.




  • Utilize sales technology, CRM, and reporting tools to capture sales activity, trends, and changes in each market.




  • Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies and procedures.




  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.





QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.




  • 8+ years of experience in business management, operations, and/or sales.




  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.




  • Financial acumen and ability to develop and monitor budgets.




  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.




  • Ability to travel as required (occasional overnights) and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
