We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferred.
  • Pleasant telephone voice and manner.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to remain courteous with difficult or angry customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge and PC experience.
  • Some locations may require bi-lingual skills.
