  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product development and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Feature Development: Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly product features that deliver measurable value to our customers.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business impact.
  • Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user engagement, making data-informed decisions to iterate and improve the product continuously.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs in all aspects of product development and decision-making.
  • Communication: Communicate product vision, progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or AI-driven technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products within a marketplace environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights to drive product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence engineering organizations.
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that all aspects of the product lifecycle are effectively managed.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
