Available Positions in Security/Loss Prevention:
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hour with applicable Shift Premiums - .25 increase after 90 Days

Full-Time Direct Employment with Immediate Benefits - No Waiting Period

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrols throughout the premises on foot and by vehicle as necessary
  • Oversee surveillance systems and perform daily inspections for potential hazards
  • Manage disturbances and, if required, escort individuals off the premises
  • Prepare initial incident reports and collect evidence as instructed by security management
  • Perform exterior inspections of the buildings to identify safety and security concerns
  • Complete security-related incident reports in collaboration with security management
  • Ensure a secure working environment
Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Minimum requirements include:
  • Familiarity and experience with security systems
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • One year of experience in security or loss prevention
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to present clear, organized, and thorough information
  • Self-motivation to work independently or collaboratively
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure varying weather conditions
