About the Role

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Agent to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the facilities to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct regular physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate risks
  • Respond to disturbances and escort individuals from the premises as necessary
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support incident reports
  • Perform safety hazard and security audits to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with security leadership to develop and implement effective security protocols
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with security systems and protocols
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • 1 year of security or loss prevention experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
