Job Overview

Position Summary

The Vacuum Truck Driver/Operator plays a crucial role in the execution of various environmental services. This position involves driving to designated job sites and operating specialized equipment as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely navigate to each project location and effectively operate machinery on-site.
  • Adhere to safety protocols throughout all job phases to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in spaces of different sizes and configurations.
  • Manage physical demands and adapt to varying environmental conditions based on project requirements.
  • Work outdoors throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Be prepared to operate in challenging environments, including extreme temperatures, heights, and high noise levels.
  • Engage in hydro excavation and pipe cleaning/jetting activities.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in related fields such as emergency response, manual labor, general construction, or industrial cleaning.
  • A valid Class "B" or "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Tanker endorsements is mandatory.
  • OSHA 40-HR HAZWOPER and Confined Space Entry certifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Completion of a pre-employment background check, substance screening, and DOT physical/agility test is required.
