POSITION OVERVIEW As a Sportsbook Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the Sportsbook Manager and serve as the welcoming face of our retail sportsbook. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both seasoned bettors and newcomers alike. By leveraging your knowledge of our extensive sports betting offerings, you will assist customers in making informed and responsible wagering decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits.
  • Adhere to all company policies and gaming regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Familiarize yourself with our betting options to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes, escalating issues to your supervisor when necessary.

  • Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies and gaming standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Flexible availability is essential.
  • Basic computer skills are required (including proficiency in email and MS Excel).
  • A minimum of one year of cash handling experience in a professional setting is preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a background check is mandatory.
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming license as required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Commitment to compliance with all company and gaming regulations is crucial.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency in writing for extended periods.
  • Ability to twist, bend, or reach without significant limitations.
  • This position may involve exposure to a smoke-filled environment.
