ROLE OVERVIEW As a Sportsbook Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our retail operations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both seasoned bettors and newcomers alike, ensuring that every guest feels valued and informed. Your expertise in our diverse range of sports betting options will be crucial in assisting customers with their inquiries and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills are essential.
  • A minimum of one year of cash handling experience is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license as required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Commitment to compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency in writing for prolonged durations.
  • Ability to twist, bend, or reach without significant limitations.
  • This role may involve exposure to a smoke-filled environment.
