Healthcare Customer Service Representative

At Paratus Partners, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and insurance carriers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including subsidized health insurance, dental/vision/life insurance, 401K plan, paid holidays, sick days, and vacation time.

Key Responsibilities:- Securing information from patients, guardians, attorneys, and/or auto insurance carriers
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and gathered information in our proprietary database
- Summarizing contacts with anyone outside the company in an automated note for each encounter
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with callers
- Problem-solving skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Time management skills to handle inquiries or issues simultaneously
This is a full-time position that requires working day shifts only (Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm) at our office location. We do not offer remote work arrangements.
