Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Paratus Partners, LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with patients, guardians, attorneys, and insurance carriers to secure information and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Secure information from patients, guardians, attorneys, and/or auto insurance carriers
  • Keep meticulous records of activities and gathered information in our proprietary database
  • Summarize contacts with anyone outside the company in an auto-dated and time-stamped note for each encounter

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of call center/data entry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with callers
  • Problem-solving skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Adaptability to different situations and new processes
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Multitasking skills to manage several tasks at once
  • Technical proficiency in software, CRM systems, and other tools
  • Language proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
