About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Service Champions, a rapidly growing residential HVAC company in Southern California.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage customer relationships through phone and email.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
