Customer Service Representative for Residential HVAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Service Champions, a rapidly growing residential HVAC company in Southern California.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $24 USD, along with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage customer relationships through phone and email.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and trends.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
