Role Summary:
As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at LaserAway, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales for our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. We seek confident, integrity-driven, and customer-focused individuals with a proven sales track record. Your responsibilities will include conducting consultations and generating excitement for our non-invasive procedures, with warm leads provided by our expert marketing team.
Compensation Structure:
Enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $22.00, alongside participation in our lucrative commission plan. We are dedicated to recognizing and rewarding talented sales professionals committed to excellence.
On average, our Aesthetic Sales Consultants earn $37.45 per hour in their first year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and effectively communicate LaserAway's treatments and skincare products.
- Build rapport with prospective patients, articulate product and service benefits, address concerns, and prepare financing agreements with lenders.
- Introduce new offerings to existing clients.
- Upsell additional products and services to maintain client engagement.
- Assess current aesthetic treatment processes and suggest new products and services.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by checking patients in/out and maintaining a clean and professional clinic environment.
- Assist with inventory management, light cleaning, and support clinicians with room turnover while upholding brand standards.
- Greet patients warmly, offer refreshments, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to LaserAway policies and protocols.
- Weekend availability is required for both weekend days every week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required, preferably in a commission-based structure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, remain attentive to patients, and adapt to business needs.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service.
